Dimara Salud and its positive experience at ExpoSalud: “We found an audience that makes decisions”

The company, which specializes in medical imaging and hospital furniture, will participate in the exhibition for the second consecutive year. The goal will be to strengthen ties with hospitals and clinics, as well as to showcase technological solutions designed to improve efficiency in the healthcare sector.

With more than 16 years of experience in the sector, Dimara Salud has established itself as a company specializing in medical imaging, X-rays, and hospital furniture. Indeed, this track record has enabled it to serve as the Chilean representative for foreign companies that import high-caliber medical equipment, such as Barco, Drgem, Drtech, and Kiran, among others.

Its general manager, Marcos Coria, explains that the company’s hallmark lies in the support it provides to each client from the very beginning of the process. “Our added value begins the moment a client shares their needs with us. We send a consultant to advise them throughout the entire process of acquiring their digital system, providing technical support and expertise on the available technologies,” he notes.

In this way, the company develops customized solutions for each institution, taking into account both their technical needs and their investment capacity. These solutions include sales, leasing, and technology upgrade projects.

An Audience with Decision-Making Power

This will be the second consecutive year that Dimara Salud has participated in ExpoSalud, a decision that came about after the company identified that the trade show brings together precisely the audience they are seeking to reach.

“We used to participate in radiology conferences, but a large portion of the attendees were students. At ExpoSalud, we found an audience with much more decision-making power,” he says.

According to Coria, the experience during the first year was positive. “It allowed us to strengthen our presence as a company and generate valuable contacts,” he explains.

For this new edition, expectations are even higher. “We hope to close sales for large-scale projects and continue to strengthen our business relationships with our clients. It’s very important to be able to talk face-to-face with those who make purchasing decisions, because that allows us to build absolute trust between both parties,” he says.

Technology for More Efficient Healthcare

Regarding market trends, Coria notes that the industry is moving toward increasingly efficient and automated solutions.

“Today we see equipment that consumes less energy, reduces the radiation the patient is exposed to, and automates processes to lighten the operational burden on clinical staff,” he explains.

These changes have also been adopted by healthcare centers in Chile, expanding opportunities for companies in this sector. “Since the pandemic, the Chilean market has experienced significant growth, especially since 2024, with increased demand for technology that improves efficiency.”

For ExpoSalud 2026, Coria announced that the company will showcase automated equipment, glass-free flat-panel digitizers (state-of-the-art X-ray equipment), and a highly portable device. These solutions are designed to address the healthcare sector’s evolving needs.

The exhibition, organized by FISA—part of the GL events group—will take place November 10–12 at Espacio Riesco. The event will also feature an international conference that includes two certified workshops for anyone interested in participating.
